Changes in Barbus martorelli gill arch occupation models by its parasite component community were investigated for nine months. The work revealed three different categories of models. The first category follows the combined action of the respiratory water current and the colonized surface of each gill arch. The second category based on the mode of infestation of Monopisthocotylean larvae while the third category is established as a result of perturbations. Thus, the occupation models of B. martorelli gill arches by its microfauna are constantly changing. Key words: Barbus martorelli, gill parasites, arch occupation models, perturbations month.
